Before becoming a full time ER and Critical Care recruiter, Ken worked for fifteen years in the healthcare industry in the Medical Technology field. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from the University of Louisiana-Monroe. Due to this experience, as well as eight years in healthcare executive recruitment, Ken is able to communicate (speaks the language) well with at all executive levels, manager through CNO, to determine their exact need; he then utilizes that information to qualify healthcare professionals to ensure the best match for the hospital's need.
